Lee Carter is the CEO of Carter Permit Consulting (CPC). Born and raised in Los Angeles CA, he has an infinite love for the eclectic culture that makes up the City of Angels. Before moving to West L.A. with his family, he lived on the East Coast for several years, experiencing what it's like to live in a small New England town. After surviving one too many cold winters, Lee knew it was time to return to the sunny city he loves to call home.
Working in commercial construction permit expediting for over three years, Lee truly enjoys what he does, connecting with and serving a variety of project managers and construction developers across The United States. He takes pride in his strong work ethic and follow-through, exceeding his clients' expectations for continual communication and updates on each permit project.
With key knowledge and experience for the requirements of both online and across-the-counter project permit submissions, Lee successfully works with individual cities on projects of all sizes.
